You can make this pumpkin cake recipe any time of the year...but its especially great to make during the fall and winter holiday time. What I really like about this cake recipe is that it only takes 3 ingredients. This recipe is from the Taste of Tupperware Volume 2 Recipe Book. You can frost it or icing it with whatever you prefer. We like a butter cream frosting on top!
Easy Pumpkin Cake
1 box of spice cake mix
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin pie filling
1 teaspoon Tupperware Cinnamon Vanilla Spice
Mix all of the above ingredients together in the Tupperware Thatsa Bowl with the Silicone Spatula until moistened. The batter consistency will be very thick. Spread batter in a lightly greased 9" round cake pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
