If you enjoy making and eating crab cakes, then you need to try this recipe by Tupperware. We love crab cakes and this recipe is one of our favorites!
Tupperware Crab Cakes Recipe
Serves 4-6
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
1 small onion
1 tsp. Simple Indulgence™ Simply Garlic
1 lb. jumbo lump crab meat
1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 large egg white
1/2 lime, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup peanut oil
Cut onion with Chef Series™ Pro Chef's Knife and finely mince onion in Quick Chef using blade attachment. In Prep Essentials™ Mix-N-Stor® Plus Pitcher, mix together all ingredients, except the flour and peanut oil. Shape into patties and dust with flour.
Over medium heat, heat oil in a Chef Series™ 9 1/2" Covered Nonstick Fry Pan. When oil is hot, place crab cakes in pan and fry until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Turn crab cakes and fry until golden brown on the other side, about 4 minutes. Serve warm with sauce to taste.
