Bamboo Pizza Paddles from KitchenPaddles

Today I have a really cool product and company to talk to you about and that company is called KitchenPaddles.com and the product is a set of bamboo pizza paddles. Just like most American families we enjoy consuming pizza here in our home about once every 2 weeks or so. I am also a big bread, pie and pastry baker so I knew when I saw these bamboo pizza paddles that I could use them for many things here in my own kitchen.

For the review I was sent a set of Bamboo Pizza Paddles to try out for all of you. When the two paddles are locked together the surface area measures 12" by 20" in size. That is a big area to work with for sure! When you have them separated each paddle measures approximately 20" in length by 6" wide...which makes them a great size for storage. Each paddle has a handy dandy hole in the handle so if drawer space is an issue for you...you can hang them up!

Info from their web site: The peel apart Kitchen Paddles use a natural side by side motion to place your pizza, bread or other baked creations with toppings intact, exactly where you want it on the cooking surface. During baking you can use the paddles with an easy shuffle motion to rotate your pizza, etc. in place for evenly baked results. Removing your pizza, etc. masterpiece is made so easy by picking it up with the tapered edges and using that natural side by side motion.

My husband and I decided to give them a try a few nights ago and we were immediately impressed with them. They are light-weight and super easy to handle. I love how they slide together quickly and easily! You can use them for any sized pizza and with any shaped pizza too!

Besides using them for pizza...I have used them when removing my pies, cakes, bread and pastries from the oven too! I think they look super nice sitting on your table and you can use them as serving boards too! Just slap some sliced up bologna, cheese, grapes, crackers and some dip onto the board and you are all set to go. I really love multi-functional kitchen tools and this one is absolutely fabulous! I think you would love one too!

I would like to thank Kitchen Paddles for participating in a product review here on the Shakin 'N Bakin Foodie Blog and for sponsoring a giveaway for my readers. We appreciate your generosity and we love your products!

I always cook my pizzas on a normal pan and have to settle for the less than crispy crust. I never could imagine how people got them off and on the oven rack without spilling the toppings. This is a great idea for us residential cookers.
