Here is another delicious recipe by Tupperware that utilizes their famous Jel-ring Mold. If you like peaches, I think you will love this dessert gelatin salad mold. It is really good!
Peaches and Cream Gelatin Salad Mold Recipe
1 can (28 ounces) peaches in syrup
1 box lemon flavored gelatin
2/3 cup creamed cottage cheese
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chilled whipping cream
Drain and reserve syrup from peaches. Heat one cup of syrup from peaches until hot. In a medium sized bowl, empty gelatin mix and then add hot peach syrup, stirring until the gelatin has dissolved. Cool. Chill until gelatin mixture is thickened. Lightly spray a Tupperware Jel-Ring Mold with nonstick cooking spray, set aside. When gelatin mixture is thickened, mix in peaches, cottage cheese and chopped pecans. In a separate bowl, beat whipped cream until it forms soft peaks. Fold in whipped cream into the gelatin mixture and pour the mixture into the Tupperware Jel-Ring Mold and seal. Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours or until firm. Unmold the gelatin onto a bed of fresh lettuce leaves.
